Dr. Sohrab Khan Sarki, MPA Sindh Government, visited the newly constructed Cadet College Jacobabad, located in District Jacobabad. During his visit, he inspected various departments and components of the college, including the Administration Block, Academic Block, Hostels, Cadet Mess, Bachelor Flats, and other major infrastructure facilities.
He reviewed the ongoing development work, which has been completed and expressed his great satisfaction and confidence regarding the quality and progress of the project. He appreciated the efforts and dedication of the Principal/ Project Director, Lt Col (R) Zahid Hussain, TI(M),psc, and paid tribute to his remarkable contributions in making this prestigious institution a reality.
Dr. Sohrab Khan Sarki, stated that Cadet College Jacobabad is a great blessing from Almighty Allah for the people of District Jacobabad and the surrounding areas, providing a valuable opportunity for the children to receive quality education and build a bright future.

Cadet College Jacobabad proudly conducted the Medical Tests and Interviews for the First Batch of applicants from 14th to 16th May 2026 in a highly organized and professional environment.
During these three days, experienced doctors thoroughly examined the candidates through detailed medical assessments, followed by interviews aimed at evaluating their confidence, discipline, intelligence, and leadership potential.
The enthusiasm shown by the students and the cooperation of parents made the process successful and memorable. Cadet College Jacobabad remains committed to selecting and nurturing the future leaders of Pakistan through merit, discipline, and quality education.

The 5th Meeting of the Board of Governors of Cadet College Jacobabad held on 21 January 2026 at Cadet College Karampur. The Meeting was Graciously Chaired by General Officer Commanding (GOC) 16 Division, Major General Shahryar Qureshi.

Lieutenant Malook Manjhoo from 7 Azad Kashmir Regiment 16 Div
Lt Malook Manjhoo from Azad Kashmir Regiment visited Cadet College Jacobabad to review the ongoing construction progress and assess completion status. During the visit, he met with Principal Lt Col (R) Zahid, engineers, and other staff to discuss updates and ensure smooth execution of work.
Captain Faisal Mehmood (PN) Cadet College Kakkar (Dadu) paid a visit to Cadet College Jacobabad and received a detailed briefed from Principal Project Director Cadet College Jacobabad on the current status of Construction. The officer showed full satisfaction with the overall progress and commended the Principal Project Director Cadet College Jacobabad for his exemplary dedicated, sincere efforts and hard work in moving the project forward successfully.
Major Nasir ex 16 Division Pano Aqil Cantonment visited Cadet College Jacobabad, where he was briefed by the Principal Project Director Cadet College Jacobabad regarding the ongoing Construction work of the College. The visiting officer expressed great satisfaction with the progress and highly appreciated the dedication, commitment and tireless efforts of the Principal Project Director in ensuring the successful development of the institution in area.
